Anthony C. Baroldi
ANTHONY C. BAROLDI has been a member of the California State Bar since 1977. He graduated from California State University at Long Beach in 1968, majoring in Sociology. From 1969 through 1973, he taught sixth grade for Garden Grove Unified School District. He was a workers' compensation claims adjuster for Industrial Indemnity Company from 1973 to 1975. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1977 from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Baroldi has specialized in the defense of workers' compensation matters since December of 1977. On January 1, 1985, he became one of the founding members of Wall, McCormick & Baroldi, later incorporated into Wall, McCormick, Baroldi & Dugan, A Professional Corporation. He has acted as a senior lecturer for the Insurance Education Association, teaching advanced workers' compensation law for twenty years. He is a past president of the Orange County Workers' Compensation Defense Association. He was appointed Judge Pro Tem in January of 1984.
Over the last 28 years, he has also developed a sub-specialty defending claims brought by professional athletes. He has represented practically every team in the National Football League as well as many baseball teams. He has also represented the National Football League in matters pertaining to workers' compensation in the Court of Appeals and has testified before the State Senate relative to workers' compensation legislation.
